Lisa Mitchell is an E-RYT 500 and who has experienced the practice and practiced worldwide. 
Lisa’s wellness journey began at GoodLife Fitness instructing BodyFlow fitness classes, which brought her to the 500-hr Moksha/MODO certification in Los Angelas, California. She continued on with MODO and completed the MODO Flow training, and later decided to complete more vigorous hand balancing training under Bryce Yoga.  After practicing in such a vigorous fashion, Lisa decided to visit Goa, India for a 200-hr Yoga Therapy Intensive. 

Lisa also participated and completed Level 1 Prenatal Yoga Teacher Training during her 3rd trimester of pregnancy, and Barre Teacher Training level 1,2,3  in 2017 .
