HOLIDAY YIN & MFR WORKSHOP

Join us for this holiday stress-buster! In this hands-on workshop, we’ll target the areas of the body most susceptible to stress — neck, shoulders, spine and hips — using Yin Yoga postures and Myofascial Release (MFR).

MFR is a form of self massage that employs the use of foam rollers, MFR balls, blocks and techniques using the hands, targeting specific muscle groups and trigger points throughout the body. Yin Yoga makes use of held postures and breath work, working on connective tissues and the nervous system, bringing a sense of stillness and calm to the body and mind.
