STRENGTH & MOBILITY
This class focuses on on two overarching areas of fitness — resistance training and endurance — combining them with Yoga. Class begins with connecting to the breath, opening the lung and ribs allowing for more flexibility in the core. Then we move into poses to help with flexibility and strength, and end with breath work. The benefits of this class are; body awareness, breath optimization, efficiency of movement , mindfulness, muscle activation, strength, stress reduction and better sleep. Open to all levels.
